Gen Majid calls on Gilani

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Tariq Majid called on Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani at the latter’s chambers in Parliament House on Tuesday. The general briefed Gilani on the military offensive in South Waziristan and said the objectives of the operation would be met soon. Gilani praised the army’s role in the war on terror. staff report
